RFSU is looking for two International Program Managers

Your role
As an International Program Manager, you will play a key role in managing and strengthening partnerships to advance SRHR.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop projects and partnerships, contributing to resource mobilization for SRHR in line with RFSU’s priorities.
- Project-management of partnerships across a number of countries in alignemnt with feminist intersectional grantmaking principles and contributing to a continous advancement of SRHR.
- Facilitating exchanges between partners, allies, and the broader SRHR community, including UN agencies and embassies at the national, regional, and global levels.
- Representing RFSU externally, contributing to the expansion of RFSU's network and allies advancing SRHR.
This role requires international travel. For the Asia International program position, RFSU has partnerships in Cambodia, Sri Lanka, and with regional partners. For the Latin America international manager position, RFSU works with partners in Bolivia, Central America, and is looking to identify new partnerships in Guatemala and with regional organizations.
Who we are looking for
We believe you:
- have at least 5 years of experience in managing international partnership in alignment to feminist intersectional grantmaking principles in Asia or Latin America.
- have worked with project cycle management, assessing proposals, contracting, monitoring, analyzing results, and reporting to donors.
- have documented experience of program development and proposal writing.
- hold a university degree in social sciences, gender and social justice studies, international development or a related field.
- are a strong communicator and skilled in building and deepening trust-based relationships, fostering international collaboration.
- have experience working within the development aid sector or with civil society
For this role, you need to feel comfortable using English in your everyday work, and be able to read and write at an intermediate level. For the Latin American position, you also need to be able to communicate easily in Spanish, and read and write at an intermediate level. You need to be willing to learn Swedish, as it’s the organisation's first language, and will be supported by RFSU to do so.
